Years ago, Lucifer stole one of the greatest lights from heaven. He wanted to use its power to control humans, but he failed, and the light found its way to a family, passing from one generation to another.

The Almighty instructed Raphael to go find the light in the human world, but he refused. He hates the ways of humans and never wanted to come to earth. The Almighty became angry and cast him down to stay with the humans... never to return to heaven unless with the light

How can the Angel who despise humans be able to live with them?

After a while they broke the kiss smiling at each other with fore heads on each other

" Is that a yes?" Sang Hyuk asked

" Of course" Mi So said breathing out slowly

" Let's take you back home" Sang Hyuk said holding her hands

And Mi So looked at him " just like that?"

" What else were you thinking?" Sang Hyuk asked

" Nothing"

They got to her place but no one was in the house.......

"We were together"

" Let me just call call Eun Seo " Mi So said as she dialed the number

It was Sunday and the neighborhood was so quiet as usual with dogs barking and birds chirping
Mi So woke up due to the ringing of the alarm clock beside her,she stretched her hand to pick it and threw it across the room

" I'll talk to you later" Sang Hyuk said and ended the call

Mi so just sighed and called one of her colleagues from the hospital

" What's the matter on a Sunday, I've told you countless times I work till Saturday, you don't have to deprive me of my little rest on a Sunday..."

" I'm sorry doctor Kang, I forgot to give you the test results of Angel in order to know the surgery to undertake and the surgery is tomorrow" the nurse said

Mi So went to the living room and met Seong Jun already eating and joined him

She was done analyzing the results and stepped out to get something

Just as Mi So wanted to enter the convenience store someone brushed pass her almost knocking her down but held her

Mi So opened her eyes thinking she was about falling and saw the person holding her

It was Ha gyeol

" Hey, you are Eun Seo boyfriend right?" Mi So asked

" Yes nice meeting you again " Ha gyeol said smiling

" You live around here?" Mi So asked

" No just leaving Eun Seo place after giving her something " Ha gyeol replied

" Alright then " Mi So left

She entered the store and began picking the items she wants when suddenly the fire alarm started blaring loud and all the customers panicked and began running out

Mi So also followed but the problem was the door......

It wasn't opening

Mi So was behind everyone as they tried opening the door and in that process someone placed a folded handkerchief on her nose area,she started struggling until she became unconscious
The person carried her through the crowd and everyone made way as he passed through,they all thought he was helping her.....
He walked to the door and after few seconds it opened,they were shocked.... they've been there for minutes now but couldn't open the door and this unknown man just opened the door in few seconds

The man got out with Mi So in his arms, dropped her inside a cooling van and zoomed off

Detective Soo cheol got there with his teammates and entered the convenience store
He looked through the store for some time before coming out
He went to one of the police standing outside the door " where's the store owner?"

" Over there" the police man pointed at a direction

Soo cheol walked to the man " I'm detective Jo Soo cheol and you are the store owner, please come with us to the office we have some questions for you"

The man followed them without arguing

It was already evening and no news about Mi So yet.... Eun Seo was with Seong Jun in their house when Sang Hyuk entered

" What's going on?" Sang Hyuk asked

" Mi So is not home yet" Eun Seo said

" Where did she go to?" Sang Hyuk asked

" After eating in the afternoon she went out to get some stuffs from the convenience store not too far from here " Seong Jun said

" That's the same store that caught fire today, it's all over the news.... the situation wasn't that bad, according to the detectives,no one got hurts.....they all got out on time before the fire spread " Sang Hyuk said

" And Mi So was in that same store but she's no where to be found " Eun Seo cried out

" There wasn't any report about missing persons, are you sure she didn't go somewhere else.... maybe traffic might be keeping her " Sang Hyuk said

" Mi So Noona only get her stuffs from there, and she told me herself she was going there " Seong Jun said

" When did she leave the house?" Sang Hyuk asked

" Some minutes past two " Seong Jun said

" And this is just 6pm ,we can't file for a missing person yet.... I'll go check in the station and find out what's going on over there.... for the meantime just relax and revise, your final exams is tomorrow "

" Your sister would be home soon.... Eun Seo you can take off tomorrow to revise with him tonight " Sang Hyuk said

Sang Hyuk left the house entered his car heading to the police station

Minutes later he got there but no sight of detective Soo cheol,he asked one of the detectives and he told him detective Soo cheol is in the investigation room

Since Sang Hyuk is a witness assisting in the case he was allowed to see him

When he got there detective Soo cheol was already done,he held him and took him to another room

" What's going on? Sang Hyuk asked

" This case might be small but huge" detective Soo cheol said

" She's no where to be found since afternoon after going to that same convenience store, that's why I'm here if you got any lead " Sang Hyuk said

" The store owner said someone carried a woman through the crowd and unlocked the door that wasn't opening......the woman's face wasn't visible since it was covered "

They both entered Sang Hyuk car and began tracking the store owner..... detective Soo cheol is to call back up later on when they find the culprit's hide out

" Time to wake up.."....... The man on mask with a rod on his hand whispers as he sprinkled water on Mi So face who was tied to a chair

Mi So coughed as she opened her eyes slowly....the room was a bit dark, just a little bulb in a very big room......she looked over the room just a table and another chair and over the walls were pictures of dead people....fear gripped her,she was still looking all over when she came face to face with the man on mask and she screamed in more fear

" Hush......my darling I like it quiet" he said as he wiped her sweaty forehead

Mi So looked at him carefully and the description falls exactly the unknown culprit the police are looking for and the person who must killed her brother and she began pushing back with the chair

" Stay away from me you son of the devil" Mi So said

" How can I possibly stay away from a gorgeous like you " the masked man said as he caressed her face.....Mi So face was full with disdain..... though on masked Mi So could see his eyes.... and it looked familiar

" Do I know you?" Mi So asked and that statement came a bit off to the masked man and he withdrew his hands taking a few steps away

After some time the store owner stopped in one dark alley and pulled out his phone...he dialed a number

" The detective believes us, and everything is so.....but all of a sudden the phone was pulled from him

" Tell me where you are "....... Sang Hyuk said

" Little patience we have enough time " and immediately the call ended

" What did he say?" Detective Soo cheol asked

" To have a little patience since we have enough time "

Detective Soo cheol phone rang

" Captain you need to come now, there's a situation at the station" and detective Soo cheol ended the call

" We need to go to the station now" .......

" The fun is about to begin" the masked man said laughing

He collected something from the table and walked towards Mi So

It was a time bomb....he set it to be two hours and wanted to tie it to Mi So body but she was trying to move from him

" I told you I like it quiet"!!!! The masked man punch her and her vision became blurred

They got to the police station and they met the shock of their lives

They were holding the store owner but another was looking at them

Detective Soo cheol looked over to the one he held and started pulling off something from his face and a different face appeared

And immediately the man kneeled down and started begging " please forgive me he forced me to do it...... please forgive me and detective Soo cheol dragged him out going to another room and Sang Hyuk followed

" He paid my mother's hospital bills to help him" the man subbed.... he was in his early 30s

" Do you know where he is?" Detective Soo cheol asked

The time bomb was beeping and 30 minutes was left....Mi So was crying really hard,she was scared of dying

She was still in tears when she started hearing footsteps

" He's finally here " the masked man said standing

" So much fun to see him die painfully with his lover after avoiding death so many times "

They got to where he held Mi So.....

" Mi So "...... Sang Hyuk called

" Sang Hyuk ".... Mi So sobbed

" You'd need to go with a time bomb deactivator, I heard him made some calls about that " the fake store owner said

" While I distract him, make sure you protect him until he deactivate the bomb and just by chance everything go side ways, make sure you bring her out of there alive " Sang Hyuk said

" I'm not making any promises man,we are leaving there all together "...... Detective Soo cheol said

Present Time

" You want me right?"

" Leave her out of this " Sang Hyuk said

" Can't do that.....what to do " and the masked man rushed over to Sang Hyuk and began fighting

Detective Soo cheol began going over to Mi So but the masked man stopped them and he also fought detective Soo cheol

Surprisingly the masked man was so strong

He fought them both

The time bomb deactivator rushed over to Mi So and tried deactivating the bomb but was impossible

" It's time programmed, only him can deactivate the bomb" the deactivator said

" Do something" Sang Hyuk yelled

The guy immediately loosed the bomb from her body and untied her and she got up from the chair.... just as they made to leave that spot,the masked man aimed at her and pulled the trigger but Sang Hyuk rushed over and took the bullet, hitting his left shoulder

" Argh.....!!!!!" Sang Hyuk groaned in pain as he fell on his knees holding the place shot

" Sang Hyuk!!!!"" Mi So rushed over to him in tears

The masked man was laughing as he pulled off his masked revealing no other than Ha gyeol, Eun Seo boyfriend

Sang Hyuk and Mi So face widened in shock

Sang Hyuk coughed out blood

" Sang Hyuk"!!! Mi So sobbed hard

" Jo Soo cheol take her from here" Sang Hyuk said forcibly

" I'm not leaving you here" Mi So said

" We have just 10 minutes" the bomb deactivator said

" And we can't throw it out,houses are close by" detective Soo cheol said

And this made the masked man happy, seeing them all helpless

" Soo cheol now!!!"""" Sang Hyuk yelled

Detective Soo cheol didn't know how else to convince Mi So and immediately hit her acupoint and she fainted

" Take her out" and the time bomb deactivator carried her on his shoulder and ran out slowly

The building was a two storey building it would take some time to get outside

" What about you?" Sang Hyuk asked

" We die together we this psycho" detective Soo cheol said as he tore a piece from his t shirt and tied it on Sang Hyuk bleeding shoulder

Detective Soo cheol helped him up and they both faced Ha gyeol

After some time the guy ran outside the building and placed Mi So on the back seat of Sang Hyuk car, luckily the car keys were they....he got in and immediately called the police and started the car

Just as he started the car the building exploded

He drove speedily

The building exploded more this time as the building began to collapse
Just as he was driving out,Mi So woke up and found herself in a car she got up and saw the building and her eyes widen

" Where's Sang Hyuk"?.....

" Turn the car..... but the guy refused and continued driving

" Please don't leave Sang Hyuk "....

She cried so loudly

She began hitting the car door

Mi So woke up to the loud ringing of the alarm besides her...she got up yawning and stretching...she entered her bathroom to brush her teeth

He got a call and quickly drove off

A knock at her office door brought her back to normal, " Doctor Kang" a nurse called

" Good morning doctor Kang, it's time for Kim's medication"

" All right" Mi So replied

" Her adoptive parents are already here to finalize the adoption procedures"

" Prepare all necessary documents, I'll go check on kim first" Mi So said heading out

Mi So head straight to Kim's ward,she was lying peacefully on the bed, she was an adorable puppy....she got hit by a car and the driver took her to the hospital and also want to adopt her seeing how lonely Kim looks

Mi so checked the drip and also the machine beside the bed before examining Kim

She removed the drip and injected her before turning the nurse who came with her " she's all good now,clean her up and don't forget to add the other syrups"

" Yes ma'am"

" Please hurry up and take her to the customers room, I'll be waiting"

Mi So left the room and was heading to the customers room when another nurse called her

" Doctor Kang there's an emergency,a dog ate something poisonous...

" Just get doctor....

" You are the only one available right now" the nurse said and Mi So had no choice than to follow her

Mi so got to the ICU and started checking on the dog, " today it's just too bad" Mi So thought inwardly....

It was late evening and Mi So walked out of the building looking so tired...she received a call " I'm coming already" she replied...it was Eun seo calling her,her boyfriend was already there

She flagged a cab,she didn't bring her car since Sang Hyuk brought her to walk in the morning

She got home looking so tired but also moody as well

She saw a guy, she won't doubt,... he's really handsome but not like "mine " she slapped herself mentally for calling Sang Hyuk hers. ....." He made you angry don't forget that" she said inwardly

" Good evening" Eun seo boyfriend greeted and Mi So answered smiling

" I'm Ha gyeol...he said stretching his hand

" Mi So " she said accepting his handshake...it was taking too long and Mi So had to break it off

" Yes he's so lovely "

" I'll go freshen up now " Mi So said to Eun seo

" Alright be quick dinner is almost ready" Eun seo smiled

Mi So joined when she was done bathing...

" What about my boss, you didn't invite him?" Eun seo asked

" No but I did tell him about your boyfriend coming, and he said he was coming"

" I've you called to check if he's coming? Seong ju asked

" I did before even bathing but no response " Mi So said somewhat sad

" Does that mean you agreed now? Eun seo asked smiling

Mi So only blushed before drinking water

" This is wonderful,my two noona now has boyfriend" seong ju said happily turning the wine on their glasses


Mi So was about sipping her wine when she received a text " I'm outside" and she quickly ran out and saw Sang Hyuk car outside

And she quickly entered the car...." Why didn't you answer when I called?" Mi So asked immediately she entered the car

" Was busy with something about work....

Mi So only looked outside angrily

" I'm taking you somewhere " Sang Hyuk said and started the car

" Where are you taking me?" Mi So asked

" You'll know once we get there and you aren't coming back tonight"

Mi So quickly text seong ju she won't be coming tonight till tomorrow

Sang Hyuk parked the car in front of a building " where's this?" Mi So asked

" My house"

" You brought me to your house this late, I thought it was something serious " Mi So said

" What about your sister? Mi So asked again

" Working late" Sang Hyuk replied and he held her as they entered the house taking her straight to his room

He kissed her immediately " I'm sorry about this morning" Sang Hyuk apologized

" How....?

" I knew, just that I had an appointment this morning,...

" Whatever"

" But how long do you want us to kiss that you weren't satisfied with the one I gave this morning?.....

" Long enough till I'm tired " Mi So said

" That's why I'm going to make it up to you, don't beg me to stop "

" It better be true or I'll kick your..... before mi So could finish up Sang Hyuk held her capturing her lips.... it was way more deep than the morning, it's a kiss but this feeling was too different from the rest.....she was on fire and her heartbeat was faster than usual

Sang Hyuk pinned her on the wall still kissing her...he broke the kiss looking at her....his eyes piercing through her...he moved over to her ears and started blowing air on it before kissing her to her collarbone down to her cleavage..he kissed her lips tenderly before he stopped

Mi So opened her mouth to say something but it won't just come out

" What?" He asked bitting on her ear softly blowing air on it
