With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lady Helen Aduke Olude, beloved mother of our Founder and one of the esteemed Directors of the Requisite Women and Youth Empowerment Foundation.

Lady Helen transitioned peacefully on December 5th, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, strength, and unwavering dedication to uplifting women, girls, and families.

Her wisdom, kindness, and commitment to service will forever remain a guiding light within our Foundation.

May her beautiful soul rest in perfect peace.

Requisite Foundation Awards ₦100,000 Scholarships to Two Outstanding Students of Oshodi Comprehensive High School
Requisite Women and Youth Empowerment Foundation today awarded ₦100,000 academic scholarships each to two exceptional students of Oshodi Comprehensive High School, Oshodi, Lagos State—Lawal Fatimoh and Ikegunoha Vanesa—in recognition of their outstanding academic performance.

This gesture is especially significant as the school is the alma mater of the Foundation’s President/Founder, Motunde Alade, who attributes part of her growth and success to the education and support she received there.

According to Motunde Alade, giving back to her former school is a meaningful way to honor her roots and inspire excellence among young girls. She encouraged the recipients to stay focused and continue striving for greatness.

Requisite Women and Youth Empowerment Foundation remains committed to empowering girls through education, mentorship, and life-changing opportunities.
