The C.E.O , Public Integrated Farms (PIF); Mr. Egbo Ogaga Samuel has called upon the Federal government to come to the aid of livestock farmers, especially Poultry farmers.

It can be recalled that last DOC market, a DOC was sold within the range of ₦450 - ₦550. Same DOC that is sold for ₦180 in December.

The CEO also said that the money that a farmer will use to buy 50 DOC is now used for 25 DOC due to hike. He also said that feeds is not left out of the hike.

👉Mr. President; Muhammadu Buhari
👉Vice president, Professor Yemi Yemi Osinbajo
👉Minister of Agriculture and Rural development, Dr. Akinwumi Adesina
👉and well meaning stakeholders to come to the rescue of Poultry farmers in Nigeria

We hope that the government listen to this plea and move swiftly to save the agricultural sector.
