Made this stew with only crayfish as protein but the taste is something. I didn't use any spice at all, the only thing I used was maggi.

Sometimes it looks like this spices use to reduce the natural taste of food.

Once in a while try cook with no spice.

I want to start teaching how to cook soup with only crayfish, so that you people will be getting ready before hand.
