Subsidy removal is a big scam. Any president who cannot arrest and prosecute whoever is stealing subsidy funds is not worthy to be called a president. Subsidy becomes a scam when the president is ineffective.
Fuel, diesel, and electricity subsidy are our birthright as a nation blessed with natural resources.
If Egypt, Libya, and other countries can subsidize these products for their citizens, Nigeria is not cursed.
It is time to bring back the subsidy since the removal of subsidy benefits only governors and top politicians.
Atiku has promised to reverse all Tinubu's policies that are creating excruciating pains amongst Nigerians which includes the removal of fuel subsidy.

Today, while Hon. Suleiman Abubakar Kinkinau, the Senior Special Assistant on Research, Documentation and Strategy II to the Governor of Kaduna State, was briefing Hon. Muhammad Abubakar Mamadi in his office on plans to host the 2026 Bi-Annual Conference of the All Nigeria Universities Alumni Association (ANUAA) at Kaduna State University, a delegation from the Kaduna State University Alumni Association, the host of this year's conference, paid him a courtesy visit.
The delegation was led by the National President of the Association, Mallam Abdulhadi Abdullahi. During the meeting, Hon. Kinkinau highlighted the significance of the conference, noting that alumni associations from 52 universities across Nigeria have already indicated their interest in participating in the event.
In his response, the Political Adviser to the Governor of Kaduna State, Senator Uba Sani, and Kaduna State Coordinator of the Renewed Hope Ambassadors, Hon. Muhammad Abubakar Mamadi, commended the initiative and pledged his support towards the successful hosting of the conference.
The conference is expected to bring together alumni leaders, professionals, academics, and stakeholders from across the country, further promoting networking, collaboration, and national development through the alumni community.
