Thank you, Proma Paints — for adding colour to TFAIR 2026! 🎨

We are deeply grateful to Proma Paints for partnering with us at TFAIR 2026 and bringing their world to our exhibition floor.
From wall finishes to specialty coatings, Proma Paints gave our delegates a full look at what their range has to offer — and there was a lot to see.

For architects, colour and finish are never an afterthought. They are the difference between a building that is merely constructed and one that is truly designed. Having Proma Paints in the room meant our members could engage directly with the products that bring their visions to life on walls, surfaces and spaces across Nigeria.

Thank you for your partnership, your presence and your passion for the craft. We hope TFAIR 2026 was as valuable for your team as it was for ours.

We look forward to seeing Proma Paints on more Nigerian projects. 🏗️✨

A huge thank you to our partners, Royal Ceramics 🙌

TFAIR 2026 wouldn’t have been the same without the incredible support of Royal Ceramics — proudly made in Nigeria. 🇳🇬
Their exhibition at the conference was a reminder of something we as architects often need to say louder:

World-class materials are being made right here at home.
From stunning floor tiles to beautifully finished ceramics, Royal Ceramics brought quality, craftsmanship and Nigerian pride to the exhibition floor — and gave our delegates something tangible to design with and dream about.
As a profession committed to shaping Nigeria’s built environment, partnerships like this matter. When architects and manufacturers align, we build better. Together. 🏛️

Thank you, Royal Ceramics, for believing in this vision and showing up for the profession. We look forward to seeing your work in the projects our members design. 💛

No suits. No podiums. Just architects being real with each other. 🧱✨

Day 3 of TFAIR 2026 belonged to the next generation — and they showed UP.
The NIA-YAF Hangout & Growth Circle, led by Arc. Adeleke Nadi FNIA, created exactly the kind of space young architects in Nigeria rarely get:

Build. Banter. Become.
We kicked off with Architects Unfiltered. No filters, no hierarchy. Just honest talk about the grind:
💬 “Are we underpaid or under-positioned?”
💬 “What skill has actually moved the needle for you?”
💬 “What’s your biggest growth challenge right now?”
Then the Real Talk Panel brought it home — young and senior architects trading stories about first big breaks, costly mistakes, and everything they wish someone had told them earlier. The audience jumped in. It got lively. It got honest. It got necessary.

This is what community looks like in the profession. Not just conferences — but spaces where young architects can grow into who they’re becoming, together. 🙌

To every young architect who showed up, spoke up and sat in a circle with a stranger — this one was for you. 💛

The conversation that had every architect in the room leaning forward. 🎙️ #
Day 3 of TFAIR 2026 gave us one of the most honest, reflective and forward-looking sessions of the entire conference — a live podcast recording that asked the question every architect in Nigeria needs to sit with:
“Practice: Where Were We, Where Are We Now, and Where Are We Headed?”
Hosted by Arc. Agim O. Hyginus, the session brought together three voices who have lived the evolution of architectural practice in Nigeria:
🎤 Chief Arc. Boma Walcott Braide FNIA KSC — Senior Architect and Podcast Speaker
🎤 Arc. Ololade Babajide-Suleiman FNIA — Author, The Naija Architect’s Guide and Podcast Speaker
🎤 Arc. Charles Ibiapuye — Podcast Speaker
From the foundations laid by the generation before us, to the realities of practice today — fees, competition, relevance, and identity — to a bold imagining of what the profession must become, this session was raw, real and necessary.
This is the kind of conversation NIARSC was built to hold. 🏛️
The mic is still going. Stay tuned. 🎧

Day 1 set the tone. Day 2 raised the bar. 🔥
But Day 3? That’s where it all comes together.

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is your sign to show up. The conversations, the connections, the opportunities—you don’t want to hear about it after, you want to be in the room.

Let’s finish strong. See you there. 💯

Day 1 of TFAIR 2026 is a wrap! 🏛️
We kicked off with powerful conversations on the Garden City, architecture as a tool for social equity, and what it truly means to build for people — not just structures.
From Prof. Napoleon Ono Imaah’s keynote on restoring Port Harcourt’s Garden City identity, to a rich panel bringing together architects, planners, engineers, lawyers and quantity surveyors — Day 1 set the tone for a conference that means business.
The built environment has a role in national development. And we’re here to define what that looks like. 💡
Day 2 tomorrow — Innovation, Technology & The Climate Economy. See you there! 👀
