The difference between rulership and leadership is a function of the focus and the beneficiary. A self focused and benefitting frontier is an ardent ruler while a selfless but people focused frontier is a leader. Rulership is inundated and defunct but leadership is renowned and celebrated. NO RULER IS WORTH BEING CELEBRATED NOW BUT A LEADER.
