Today was supposed to be Day 6 of our 7 Days SHOW UP Challenge ๐Ÿ‘ฃ
But because itโ€™s Sunday, today is our RESET DAY

One mistake many people make on their wellness journey is thinking they must push hard every single day without resting.

But the truth is:
