And David enquired at the LORD, saying, Shall I pursue after this troop? shall I overtake them? And he answered him, Pursue: for thou shalt surely overtake them, and without fail recover all

Ever been to the reception of someone of importance, demanding to see the person and the question pops up “do you have an appointment?”

Of course you know that when your answer is "no" it means you either not going to see the person at all, or you will be delayed beyond normal

This is what it looks like when we carelessly take decisions in life without securing the voice of God

People bump into relationships and even get married without seeking and getting God's consent

People plunge into ministry without getting marching orders from the Lord

“SEE EEH, THERE'S NOTHING AS LOVELY, NOTHING GIVES MUCH MORE ASSURANCE AS HEARING GOD GIVE A 'GO AHEAD' ON A MATTER”

And much more, when He gives an assurance of His presence

Imagine walking through the valley of the shadow of death and you are not sure God is with you, hmm, that na double wahala oh😆

The most romantic feeling in this life is knowing God is with you even in the valley of the shadow of death (Ps.23:4)

“NO MATTER WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IN THIS LIFE, DON'T EVER PURSUE A COURSE WITHOUT FIRST SEEKING GOD'S FACE TO KNOW IF YOU SHOULD PURSUE; NO MATTER HOW URGENT IT IS, MAKE SURE TO ALSO ASK HIM IF YOU WILL OVERTAKE, E GET WHY”🌝

When David sought God's face as to if he should pursue and if he will overtake, God responded beyond what he asked

God told him he wouldn't just overtake, he will without fail recover all

If you dare seek God's face on any matter, you will surely get a response beyond your questions
