I’m excited to share this church expansion project, designed to thoughtfully extend an existing place of worship while maintaining its identity, character, and spiritual significance.

The approach was rooted in continuity and respect for the original architectureretaining the warm peach-toned facade and signature green tiled roofing while introducing new elements that enhance both functionality and visual harmony.

The expansion reimagines the church as a more accommodating and uplifting environment for a growing congregation, without losing the essence that makes it familiar and meaningful to its community.

• Refined arched entrance creating a stronger sense of arrival
• Enhanced natural lighting through expanded window design
• Additional spaces to support worship, gatherings, and community activities

Designing within an existing context is always a rewarding challenge.

🏡 PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: 6-Bedroom Rooftop Terrace Duplex Design.

We are excited to present this contemporary 6-bedroom rooftop terrace duplex, thoughtfully designed to balance functionality, comfort, and modern architectural expression.

🧱 Ground Floor Features:
Entrance porch, ante-room, visitors’ WC, spacious main lounge, kitchen, laundry, office, and two ensuite bedrooms.

🛏 First Floor:
Three ensuite bedrooms, a master suite, and a comfortable family lounge designed to encourage relaxation and family interaction.

🏋️ Pent Floor (Rooftop Level):
Gym, game room, and a rooftop terrace providing an open space for leisure, relaxation, and outdoor gatherings.

From Concept to Construction – Immaculate Heart Parish Hall Project

In June 2025, we developed the design and 3D visualization for the proposed Hall Project for Immaculate Heart Parish, carefully crafting a façade that reflects dignity, balance, and a strong architectural presence suited to a parish environment.
We are pleased to share that the project has received official approval and construction has now commenced.

Seeing a project transition from concept to ex*****on is always a defining moment in practice.

This design emphasizes:
• A symmetrical façade composition for visual stability
• A prominent columned entrance establishing civic identity
• Layered material expression (stone cladding, brick accents, and smooth finishes)
• Functional balcony circulation enhancing spatial hierarchy

We appreciate the trust placed in us to design a space that will serve the parish community for years to come and look forward to sharing construction progress.
