That’s a picture of my long legs which I took while waiting for my massage recently. Something else I did while waiting was to think about why partnership in the modern day marriage dynamic is such a challenge.

Oh,it me.😩🤨
We don’t like to owe anyone any explanations.
We absolutely love to be unaccountable.
Being Selfish is about the next best thing after sliced bread.

One of the scariest things for many people in marriage is probably sharing everything…
And No,not the little things like towels or toothpaste, but the big things like money, assets, vision, and responsibility.

Why? Because people are afraid of losing their “part” of it.
We are mostly invested in gaining or even reaping our person off, to stay afloat.😩

But Kingdom marriage was designed to be a partnership.
And the last I checked,partnership only works where there is accountability, trust, and selflessness.

Partnerships are proven ways to scale up and real fast at that!
That’s why all these platforms are both making billions and churning out same to participants.
That’s probably why you started creating content too.🤪🙊😂

Matthew 18:19 says, “If two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.”

Jesus emphasized two people in agreement. Isn’t that also supposed to be the Kingdom marriage dynamic?

Yet, ”couples” are asking for things individually or with strange people and so nothing is shifting.Some even utter words of prayer together, yet nothing is budging because their hearts are in very different places.

The joke is that they do believe that God can’t see the positioning of their hearts while such prayers are being made.🥱🤦🏾‍♀️😂😂😂

When couples truly unite in vision, purpose, prayer, and accountability, there is almost no limit to what they can build together.😍

One of the greatest enemies of shared goals is this fear of accountability.But,I have found that when two people genuinely agree, things become stronger.
That my darling,is the beauty of marriage.

So is it really shocking that some people become exactly what they constantly surround themselves with?

Spending your life around people who have no regard for family, loyalty, commitment, or their spouse can slowly normalize those same behaviors in you.

The people around you influence your mindset, your standards, your convictions, and eventually your decisions.
