And Jesus said to her, “Your sins are forgiven...”

Do you know why Jesus used those exact words on her?

Jesus was dining at the house of a Pharisee when a certain woman, well known in the city as a sinner, came into the house carrying an alabaster box of perfume.

Something about that invitation makes me wonder if they wanted to truly know the kind of man Jesus was. To see whether His love had limits or if He only embraced people who looked worthy on the outside.

But that’s not even my point.

This woman walked into that house, knelt at Jesus’ feet, wept over them, wiped them with her hair, kissed His feet, and poured one of the most expensive perfumes of their time on Him.

Pause and read that again.

A woman everybody looked down on found her way to Jesus.

Still not my point.

The Pharisee said within himself, “If this man were truly a prophet, He would know what kind of woman is touching Him. She is a sinner.”

What amazes me is this:
the Pharisee never considered that Jesus was also sitting in the house of a sinner.

Maybe because his sins were private and hers were public.

And this is where many believers still miss it.

We are comfortable receiving mercy from God, but uncomfortable when that same mercy reaches people we secretly feel are undeserving.

I love the parable Jesus used because it quietly exposed the Pharisee’s heart without noise, without insults, and without embarrassment.

Sometimes, even inside the church, there are people we subconsciously feel are too dirty, too broken, too far gone for the love of God.

But let me ask you something.

He forgave your sins.
Why should another person be disqualified from that same forgiveness?

Poverty is not your final destination.
Many great people started with nothing but a dream, determination, and the courage to keep moving when life was hard.

Do not let your current condition define your future.
A season of struggle is not a lifetime sentence. Keep working, keep learning, and keep believing in yourself even when nobody else does.

Hard times can either break a person or build a stronger one. Choose to rise.
Every small step you take today can become a great testimony tomorrow.

Never be ashamed of humble beginnings.
Be ashamed only of giving up on yourself.

One day, the same people who ignored your struggle will respect your success.
Stay focused, stay disciplined, and never allow poverty to steal your confidence or your peace of mind.

Your situation can change.
Your story can improve.
Your future is still being written.

I began to bind it, cancel it, fight it… but suddenly… everything inside me went quiet.

And then I understood…
This is the reality of life.

No matter how strong you are 💪
No matter how rich you are 💰
No matter how healthy you look 🏃‍♂️

Life can turn in the blink of an eye. ⚠️

I have seen the rich become poor…
I have seen the strong become weak…
I have seen the healthy cry for help…

Life does not give permanent guarantees. 🚫

That is why there are 3 people you must NEVER mock, no matter who you think you are:

⚠️ 1. The dead
Because one day… silence will speak for everyone.

⚠️ 2. The poor
Many didn’t choose that life. One problem, one mistake, one crisis… and everything changes.

The blind 👨‍🦯, the disabled ♿, the helpless… many were once strong until life happened.

Listen carefully… 👂

That person you laugh at today… could be you tomorrow.
That condition you ignore… could become your reality overnight.
