🛡️ Safety First: Building a Secure Future at Ar Rasheed Schools! 🛡️
We were honored to welcome officers from the Nigeria Police Force to Ar Rasheed Schools, Dada Estate, Osogbo, for a vital and highly interactive safety sensitization session.
In light of current security challenges, our top priority remains the safety and well-being of our learners. The officers engaged our students with practical, age-appropriate tips on how to stay vigilant, recognize potential dangers, and protect themselves against threats like kidnapping and banditry.
Key takeaways from the session included:
Security Consciousness: Being aware of surroundings at all times.
The "Stranger Danger" Rule: Never accepting rides, gifts, or secret invitations from unfamiliar faces.
Emergency Protocol: Knowing who to contact and how to raise an alarm quickly when feeling unsafe.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the police department for their proactive approach, dedication, and for breaking down complex security measures into lessons our learners can easily practice. Security is a collective responsibility, and at Ar Rasheed Schools, we are committed to partnering with law enforcement and parents to maintain a safe, nurturing environment for our future leaders.
💡 Parents & Guardians: Let's keep the conversation going at home! Take a few minutes today to talk with your children about what they learned and reinforce these essential safety habits.
Together, we can ensure a safer and brighter tomorrow! 🌟
