It’s the start of a new week, and our girls showed up with determination, ready to learn, focused, and push themselves a little further each day. Their drive reminds us that consistency and courage truly make the difference.
Today, the team (UNIS) had the first interactive session with the girls at the VARCE Girls Learning Hub, connecting with both our old and new cohorts of students.
It was a beautiful moment of learning, sharing, and inspiration.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Cohort 2 of the VARCE Girls Learning Hub, another step toward empowering girls through digital learning and innovation!
We’re excited to welcome our incredible partners, Dr. Dan, Adam, Nancy, and Oluwatoba, from United Nations International School (UNIS) to the VARCE Girls Learning Hub!
It’s their first day with us, and we’re so excited to have them experience the energy, creativity, and innovation of our girls as we work together to bridge the digital divide and empower the next generation of tech leaders.
At VARCE, we’re proud to partner with UNIS to show how technology, including can break barriers to girls’ education in Africa.
Millions of girls face challenges like child marriage and early pregnancy, but education opens the door to a brighter future.
Through our pilot program in Nigeria, 100 girls gained access to safe learning spaces with MacBooks and starling
The results were remarkable, 96 of them successfully earned their WASSCE! Many had never touched a laptop before, yet within months they were coding, applying AI in their studies, and building skills and confidence that will last a lifetime.
Now, together with UNIS, we’re taking the next step:
Raising $1 million to launch our second cohort
Establishing career placements for graduates
Strengthening our new AI learning tool
This is more than a program, it’s a scalable blueprint for girls everywhere.
Here’s how you can support:
- Repost and spread the word

Let’s create a future where every girl has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
What a beautiful way to celebrate growth, learning, and new beginnings for us at VGHL
At our Valedictory Event, the girls truly shined on the red carpet, radiating confidence, elegance, and the power of education. the event symbolized the journey of hard work, resilience, and transformation throughout their time with us.
This milestone is not just a celebration of their achievements, but also a reminder of the bright futures ahead.
We are proud of every girl who has walked this path and can’t wait to see the impact they’ll create in the world.
As we round up the first cohort of the VARCE Girls Learning Hub, our Executive Director, Adex Ademola Adebisi, extends heartfelt appreciation to our partner, the United Nations International School (UNIS), for their invaluable support in making this journey a success.
This milestone is only the beginning. Looking ahead, we are excited about the future of learning for our girls. With the next cohort, we aim to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the curriculum, equipping them with future-ready skills and the tools to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
Together, with the support of our partners, we are building a pipeline of empowered young women who will shape tomorrow.
