Rigging can come up through submission of fake, cooked and manipulated results on INEC result website.

After people have voted and the result is written in the result sheet in the presence of every party agents, the original result sheet can be neglected and they will proceed by submitting the cooked and manipulated results that suit their interest.

All this can be achieved through intimidation and harassment of the Officials. Let's take note and be ready to withstand any intimidation in the process

In lieu of this, we are enjoining every concerned quarters; the political parties, security agencies and observers to ensure proper scrutiny in ensuring a free, fair and credible election.

RECOMMENDATIONS :

1. All party agent should be of learned people that are conversant with internet usage
2. INEC should organise a workshop for all political parties on electioneering process
3. Political parties are enjoined to train their intending party agents to the extent that they will be able to match against any odd that could bastardize or manipulate the process
4. A proper monitoring system should be organized by all political parties
5. Members & Followers of all political parties should be ready to stand against any intimidation and fight in the right way to the end

Government workers diplomatic policy and mentality doesn't support 2nd term ambition of any governor.

Their mentality is that, a term governor will surely treat them well to seduce them for supporting him in his 2nd term ambition. Eventually if he clinch 2nd term in office he might probably treat them anyhow as he has no term to bid for anymore
