Alive Man

You don't have what it takes to earn salvation.
You still don't have what it takes to loose it.

God is the author and finisher.

'I could never either believe or preach a gospel which saves me today and rejects me tomorrow—a gospel which puts me in Christ's family one hour and makes me a child of the devil the next; a gospel which first justified and then condemns me; a gospel which pardons me, and afterwards casts me down to hell.

Such a gospel is abhorrent to reason itself, much more it is contrary to the mind of God whom we delight to serve'

Actually, God is the one who FINDS men.

Salvation is his method, and we are his vessel.

When a man gets born again, he is FOUND.

Never to be lost again.

Following Jesus is the best decision.

We thank God for helping us make that decision, and he's helping us stay through the process.

We fall, we make mistakes, but his strength is more than our pains, weaknesses, and human faults.

"We move regardless" is no longer a motivation for us.

Right now, it's our experience, because we have a father who's right here with us, helping us by his spirit, and for this we're grateful.

"...It is God that works in us both to will and to do his good pleasure."

The testimony of Jesus is confirmed in the believer.

Knowing this, we witness him.

He's able to save to the uttermost.

That's our God.

In this life, offence will come.

Hard times and painful moments will come in full measure.

But no matter what, we love regardless.

We keep getting better.

God is faithful.

People are showing up. Don't be left out.

People are building themselves in knowledge and in character. Don't be left out.

People are taking time to learn relevant skills. Don't be left out.

Why??

It is because there's no other way you would be a blessing and solve human problems, if you neglect development.

It is because there's no way you would be recognized and appreciated, if you neglect yourself.

Remember, you have one life. This is not motivation.

‘Revival’ is first, a function of insight in the word, which then leads to an activity: church attendance, serving in the local church, evangelism, etc.

And to know God's word, your opinion must be kept aside. This is humility.

The man in Christ is already revived though.
