Celebrating Excellence: FUTMINNA Triumphs at Huawei ICT Global Finals!

On Thursday, May 23rd, 2024, the stage was set in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China, for the epic showdown of the Huawei ICT Competition 2023-2024.

Representing Nigeria, Network Team 1 (JAMIU DAHUNSI, Justus llegieuno and Toye Yusuf,) & Network Team 2 (Kaosar Salaudeen, Oluwagbemiga Victor Ogundele and Ahmad Ayantola, HCIP) from FUTMINNA stepped onto the global arena, armed with their exceptional skills and unwavering dedication.

And guess what? Their unwavering commitment paid off! Amidst a sea of talent from over 2,000 colleges and universities across 80 countries, they seized the coveted FIRST PRIZE at the electrifying closing ceremony on Sunday, May 26th, 2024. However, this couldn't have been possible without our very own world-class instructors Associate Professor Salihu Bala and Knimi Musa, who were there to provide not just technical knowledge but guidance, encouragement and support.

This victory isn't just about switches, routers, WLAN, and other technical concepts -it's a testament to the power of collaboration, the pinnacle of innovation, and the global spirit of excellence.
