The Smile For All Initiative Team Were Yesterday At His Royal Majesty's ( Dr. Saidu Akawu Salihu ) Place, To Brief The Kogi Local Government Traditional Council Chairman, On The Progress So Far, Regarding The Forth Coming (Every) Jan 1, Usikwokwokwo Cave Hike And Also Thank The Emirates For It's Continually Rippling Support.

His Royal Majesty Expressed His Delightful Excitement Towards The Steps And Efforts Thus Far The Initiative Have Put In Place To Enhance The Successful Ex*****on Of The Upcoming Cave Hike Project.

His Royal Majesty Assured The Team Of The Emirates Continuous Support To Perpetuate And Make The Forth Coming Event, A Memorable And Colorful One, For All.

The Kogi Hotels And Tourism Board Has Partnered With The Smile For All Initiative Group To Promote Tourism In Kogi State. A Group Of Young People From The Initiative Proposed Documenting The Ancient USIKWOKWO CAVE, Which Has Been Around For Over 1,000 Years, And Organizing A Hike To The Cave As A Tourist Attraction.

The Cave Is Believed To Have Been A Dwelling Place For Ancient Inhabitants Of The Area And Remains A Treasure Trove Of History And Culture.

At A Collaborative Meeting Held Today, December 13, 2024, The General Manager Of The Kogi Hotels And Tourism Board, Hon. Prince Philip Orebiyi, Pledged The Board's Technical And Advisory Support For The Initiative. He Also Promised That The Cave Would Be Documented As A Destination For National And International Tourism Engagements.

Through His Royal Majesty's (Alhaji Dr. Saidu Akawu Salihu) Directorate And Assertion, The Smile For All Initiative Team (Initiators Of The Renown Annually Held Usikwokwokwo Cave Hike At Koton Karfe) Was Yesterday Privileged To Meet With Honorable Otunba Kingsley Mokikan (Kogi West Co-Ordinator Of The Just Concluded, Kogi International Carnival Festival).
