Job Description

We are currently hiring for street manager personnels who would assist us in our drive to push out our health products, namely face shields and other much needed medical grade health products to the Nigerian public.

Job Description.
This is an on-field position as the tile denotes. This means that 99% of the work you would be doing for the company would be outdoors and preferably at a place close to your current home address.

Secondly, you would be recruiting and managing street hawkers in a densely populated spot that we would choose for you close to where you live. This is part of our effort at having 5,000 street hawkers working to help push for sales for our less expensive products such as our transparent face shield, face masks and the rest.

Thirdly, you would be required to show up at our office on the first and last Saturday of every month.

Lastly, we are only taking people who can take up this offer immediately and do not have any current engagement.

Job Requirement.
1- Applicant must own a functional smartphone that is what WhatsApp enabled.
2- Applicant must be able to provide a verifiable address and a Nationally accepted form of identification.

• Manage relationship with all existing and prospective clients.
• Develop new clients IOCs and NOCs for existing products.
• Write business proposals/presentations as well as supervising tender responses.
• follow-up on evaluation and eventual award.
• Contract negotiation and client interface.
• Support management in the formulation, implementation and ex*****on of sales-growth strategy.
• Developed and grow the business/financial base of the company.
• Support the management to develop overall business strategy of the organization.
• Work closely with the project and supply chain team in the preparation of tender documents, responses to RFQs and attend and possible clarification meetings.

*Requirements*

• First degree in Engineering or any Business-related field
• MBA or MSC Business Management or any related field
• Professional qualification from a recognized professional body or institution
• 5 - 7 years and above working Experience in Oil and Gas Industry
• 3 - 5 years experience in Sales & Business Development within the Oil and Gas sector.
• 2 - 4 years leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success.
• Significant industry commercial and business development experience
