During our initial consultations for the design and construction, the client was torn between building a duplex or a bungalow. His priority was comfort for his elderly parents, as he didn’t want them going up and down the stairs frequently.

After understanding his vision and lifestyle needs, we recommended and eventually settled on the bungalow option — ensuring convenience, elegance, and functionality all in one.
