Here are my thoughts:

1. Put the child's needs first.
2. If you date successfully please allow your child enjoy having someone else in the picture.
3. Heal, forgive yourself, grow and move on
4. A little time apart from your .kid/kids will do you good
5. The child has extended family and does not belong to you.

Ultimately, make sure your child knows he/she is loved.
