A philanthropist Reverend father by the name Willie Ojukwu, has done something unusual in Nigeria. The picture below shows pioneer beneficiaries of his hundred million naira FREE FEEDING CENTER being served highly nutritious meals in what pass for a comfortable cafeteria .

Father Ojukwu, has pulled resources together from sales of his intellectual properties like books, movies and the likes to establish the center in the Gwagwalada area of Abuja. The center which is named: MARIAN KITCHEN operates to feed one thousand people everyday, and two thousand inmates every week, making nine thousand people every week.

KUDOS MAGAZINE lauds this initiative and charge others to emulate gestures like this so that Nigeria, and our world at large will be a better place for all.

UPDATES ON OUR PROPOSED EVENTS
Please be informed that the AGILA CROSSOVER AND AWARD NIGHT 2016 which was billed to hold on the 31st of December 2016 at Apa _ Agila will no longer hold. The cancellation is due to our inability to meet up certain logistics requirements. However, the AGILA PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT AWARD which was supposed to feature in the cancelled event will now come up on its own on 17th April, 2017.
It may interest you to know that it will be exactly 20 years (two decades) in April 2017 since Agila became divided against itself. Hence, we are working assiduously to establishe an event that will set a common goal of peace and development before the entire Agila people and tactically weaken the divide that has set us back all these years.

Because it may be difficult to get the entire Agila dancing to our tune, we have decided to select the few who have been contributing to the peace and development of Agila land, all these years and set them as role models worthy of emulation. Hence the AGILA PEACE AND DEVELOPMENT AWARD.

We shall update you more as we make progress. Meanwhile we solicite your support in other to make this event a reality.
