And Burna Boy wins!

I really love what Damini Ogulu aka “Burna boy”did by fulfilling his promise to Chief Priest’s brother about gifting him $30,000 to boost his phone repair business. What a way to win a fight, by showing some much needed love and compassion to his adversary’s kin. Here was someone who had been struggling to keep his business afloat for years despite being quite industrious and related to such affluence.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not supporting any entitlement mentality but this is usually the case when the other party is not buoyant enough to accommodate an extra mouth. Charity they say should begin at home anyway. The reverse seems to be the case in some families though.

What Burna did could have easily been done by CP himself but I understand that matters like these are quite prevalent in some clans, especially in these parts. It’s such a shame for CP, that it took a much younger Burna to be the wise one and finally help make the dream of the man come true.

This turn of events, so early in the year is a good sign that our help might come from the least expected places and sometimes, blood isn’t always thicker than water.

May our helpers miraculously locate us too in this year 2025, after all it’s the year to come alive and thrive.

Regardless of what your political views are I think I speak for ALL OF US when I say yesterday was absolutely disgusting. Bullets grazing and striking former President Donald Trump is a HORRIFYING series of events. This was a tragedy. My condolences to the family of Corey Comparator. He was shot and lost his life at the Rally. An innocent bystander who was a Retired Fire chief. Also, Condolences to do all those who were injured. Keep them and Donald Trump in your prayers. We are living in scary times.
