Walk Zest is a network of individuals who like walking as a means towards a healthy lifestyle. We like to call ourselves Walk Zesters. So, what is a Walk Zester?

Walk-Zest is a pan-Nigerian network for individuals and groups interested in walking. We like to call them ‘Walk Zesters’. The organisation's activities speak to three areas:- Lifestyle Fitness, Networking and Good Deeds. Walk Zest is a registered not-for-profit organisation.
