Strangely it for me best depicts the state of mind of the average Nigerian at this time.
Years and years of a steady and gradual dulling of the senses, erosion of the fundamental principles that teach what it means to be humane, to have decorum, to be discerning....this is the result of years of cannibalistic governance called democracy.

Sense of Purpose
Our inability to complete set tasks, goals, or when our motivation to achieve a program flickers out, it is primarily from a lack of discipline that comes from no sense of purpose

ETHICS
Ethics serve as a guide to moral daily living and helps us judge whether our behavior can be justified. Ethics refers to society's sense of the right way of living our daily lives. It does this by establishing rules, principles, and values on which we can base our conduct.
What however determines a society's sense of right and wrong ?
If a society determines that living on the fast lane...striving for upward mobility ..is the 'right way', then whatever one does to accomplish these, become that society's 'sense of right!
So how do we strike a balance? What do we perceive in our consciences as 'right' and 'wrong'?
Ultimately the direction must be towards what would be beneficial to the greater number. What is to the inherent advantage of the majority and not exclude that majority or advocate an elitist push. That i believe starts us of on the path of a 'sense of right and wrong' . The ultimate beneficiaries.

Whats your 'bone'?
''The body of every organisation is structured from 4 kinds of bones. There are the 'wishbones', who spend all thier time wishing that someone would do the work.
Then there are the 'jawbones', who do all the talking but little else.
The 'knucklebones' knock everything anybody else tries to do.
Fortunately, in every organisation there are also the 'backbones', who get under the load and do most of the work.''

If your boss is slowly taking away tasks and responsibilities from you, is it a sign they want to fire you?
Yes, this is a classic technique used to get rid of an employee you don’t like, when the employee does their job well and doesn’t cause trouble, so you can’t think of a reason to fire them. It’s also the go-to move when you don’t have hiring authority over an employee you don’t like because they report to a different department. You take most of their responsibility away, make sure they don’t get onto any projects, and eventually they are fired as redundant. It is office politics at its dirtiest.
