Redesigning your website isn't the quick fix you think it is.

If you don't find the underlying problem, you'll only end up with a better-looking website and the same poor results.

Poor management will still cost you sales and conversions.

Fix the problem, not just the design.

It's not enough to just get reports and data from your website. What are you doing with it?

Understand what your data is telling you and act on it.

Find what needs improvement, identify what's working, and double down on it.

That's how your website thrives.

Who owns your website?

The designer? Developer? Marketer?

Responsibility can be shared, but ownership must be clear.

Because ownership creates accountability.

Without someone monitoring your website, tracking KPIs and fixing issues, you could be leaving money on the table.

Find someone to own your website.

If you need help with that, RedBoxx can help you own and manage your website properly.

Some issues like clumsy navigation and a slow website might look minor to you.

You might think, “It’s just a small glitch.”

But small frictions like these can be detrimental to your website.

People don't have much patience these days. If someone lands on your webpage and it doesn't load within a few seconds, chances are they’re going to leave.

They won't wait until the end. They'll simply move on.

Friction leads to low sales, and the only way you'll know what's happening is by using your analytics tools.

Before launching your next campaign, decide your evaluation window before you start.

Do not wait until a slow month makes the decision for you.

For many businesses, a 90-day window gives enough time to collect data, make adjustments, and measure the impact of those changes.

Month one helps you understand what is happening.

Month two gives you room to refine the approach.

Month three shows whether the improvements are creating a stronger system.

The case study from this series worked the same way.

The results only became clear when we looked at the full journey, not one month in isolation.

If your ads aren't working together, your marketing isn't either. Let's fix that. 🚀

High traffic can deceive you into thinking everything is working when it isn't.

It's not about how many people visit your website, it's about how many of them convert.

100 visitors with 70 conversions is far better than 200 visitors with fewer than 10 conversions.

Don't waste your ad budget chasing clicks. Focus on conversions. Let us know which point from this video you'll be trying to improve your website and track conversions.

A 60-second self-check for your next ad review:

Look at your last 20 leads.

If most people never saw your ad in the first place, the gap is likely in Attract.

If most people saw your ad, showed interest, but did not move forward after your follow-up, the gap is likely in Convert.

If most people bought once but never returned, the gap is likely in Retain.

The stage with the biggest gap is where you should start fixing first.

This is the same lens we used in the case study from the last two posts.

The results only improved once we identified where customers were dropping off.

Next up: the bigger lesson in advertising this framework depends on.
