What are you waiting for? This should not have followed you into 2026
1. Suffering in silence because "cramps are just part of it" π« Severe pain is NOT something you push through alone, sis. You deserves spaces to talk openly about what our bodies go through and access care that actually helps. π¬
2. Using unsafe materials because period products feel out of reach π« Period poverty is a big issue. Until safe, affordable products are accessible to EVERY woman and girl, none of us are truly free. We rise together. π€πΎ
3. Hiding our periods like they are something to be ashamed of π« Whispering, hiding pads up our sleeves, excusing ourselves like we have done something wrong β we are DONE. Periods are biology, not baggage. Normalizing the conversation starts right here. π£οΈ
4. Letting misinformation guide our menstrual health π« Myths and outdated advice keep us stuck. We thrive when we share accurate knowledge and hold space for learning without judgment. π
5. Going through it alone π« Period health is community health. Checking on a young girl, advocating for hygienic toilets, or simply saying "I've got a pad if you need one" β small acts of solidarity change lives. πβ€οΈ
Together, we are rewriting the narrative β one honest conversation at a time. πͺπΎ

Menstrual health is a human right and periods are just as normal as breathing.
Periods are natural, not shameful
No woman, girl, or person who menstruates should start their period without knowing what is happening to their body, and without access to sanitary products.
Every person who menstruates should have access to accurate information and a clean, private toilet facility, including and especially in schools.
By improving menstrual health and tackling period-shame, we can improve girls' attendance and performance at school; break down taboos and misconceptions around menstruation; raise girls' self-esteem and enable girls to fully participate in all aspects of society.
Let's end the stigma around menstruation while creating a period friendly world.
