The Department of Climate Change (DCC) of the Federal Ministry of Environment, in collaboration with the Society for Planet and Prosperity (SPP), will on October 8, 2026, unveil the third edition of the Subnational Climate Governance Performance Rating and Ranking (SCGPR 3.0) in Abuja.

The report launch will bring together representatives of Nigeria’s 36 states, including Commissioners for Environment, Directors of Climate Change and Climate Desk Officers.
