Many school owners have been left devastated because they couldn't adjust to the new increment stated by the landlord.

If you will survive, you just learn how to OUTSMART your landlord.

Many school owners has been sent packing out of the building because the LANDLORD has seen better and higher payment offer from someone else.

If you will understand how to cross to the other side, learn to measure the DEPTH of this ocean.

Don't sleep with your two eyes closed; start looking for escape plan especially when you observe your LANDLORD is behaving strange.

If you will leave your environment if sent packing, don't move to a far location. Parent don't have that time to stress their children unless you want to start from the beginning.

Start looking for better space around that Environment.

The first mistake many school owner does is relocating to another FAR ENVIRONMENT thinking the pupils will follow them.

No matter how low your school fee is, most of the parent won't follow you.

PARENT want comfort for their children no matter the school fees.

As you keep growing in number, be FINANCIALLY DISCIPLINE.

Remember that building is not yours, you need discipline to stay relevant.

Your LANDLORD might come with increment, if you can't respond, you will face the consequence alone.

Think the FUTURE of your business than the present enjoyment.

Some school owner's has lose population because of LANDLORD issues.

Some has invested into the building and after making the building attractive, the LANDLORD gave them quit Notice.

Some LANDLORD promises heaven and Earth to keep you in the building only to discover they needed your MONEY at that period. Once they sort out their problems with your MONEY, they ignore all promises and send you PACKING.

If you will ever invest in that rented apartment, HAVE A WRITTEN AGREEMENT with your landlord. Don't allow your present need keep you off from seeing the bigger picture.

Some schools are living on LOAN because they had to measure up to standard raised by the LANDLORD.

Don't grow population in a rented apartment and be comfortable. Your fight should be DIFFERENT.

Once your population is increasing, don't buy that CAR. Don't change APARTMENT. Start looking for LAND of your OWN around that area.

Your LANDLORD dictate how it will play out on the long run if he sees your population.

He controls your peace of mind at will.

Confuse him by having an ESCAPE ROUTE for yourself.

Some schools has fallen because of this singular act. Use their wounds to expand your WILL.

Don't rely on just School Business. Diversify your income stream.

Take pull of investment that will earn you turnover.

Spread your money on investment with a good return.

Start creating another BUSINESS that can start bringing in money.

Use available resources to begin another BUSINESS.

Start small and think big.

Most top schools I know don't have one stream of income.

Even the first 10 richest men in the world don't have one stream of income.

They have multiple investment that delivers turn over.

Don't buy that car for comfort if it's not yet time.

Seed TIME must not be exchanged with HARVEST time.

Don't eat the tomorrow of your business today.

Maintenance on car is more expensive that the price of that car on the long-run.

If that school bus isn't necessary, hold on for now.

Use the money for another BUSINESS.

The publicity on school owners is that they are RICH.

And that alone is depriving them from getting help from many people.

Having a school comes with a PRICE.

Many people will refuse helping you because they feel you are comfortable enough.

You have to take RESPONSIBILITY for how you are been perceived by people.

When parent needs help, they come to you.

When your church needs help, they come to you.

When your relatives needs help, they come for you.

When your friends needs help, they come for you.

But when you need help, THEY RUN FROM YOU.

It's time to THINK faster than the usual.

You are carrying a burden associated with your TITLE called SCHOOL OWNER.

You have to start fighting for the future of your school.

Your TITLE is putting you in a very tight corner. You're your own DELIVERER.

Starve yourself immediate satisfaction.

Reject the seat they gave you at the wedding.

Reject the invitation they gave you at the ceremony;

It's a way of MAKING YOU SPEND.

It's also a reflection of how you invite big parents with TITLES to your VALENDICTORY SERVICE to collect money from them.

Let wisdom be your COMPASS.

Instead of appearing in person, envelop something tangible; it will save you cost of appearance.

This is not the time to start honouring every invitation at your DISPOSAL. It will cost you alot.

Learn to SAY NO.

You have to think ahead of your BUSINESS and start investing that little money coming in.

It is not hygienic to leave your toothbrush exposed in the open, but it is best to place it in an empty bottle water.

Procedure:

Step 1: Find an empty bottled water and wash it with warm water and salt or vinegar.

Step 2: Then use nail to poke several holes on the bottled water, so that air can enter it and stop bacteria not to multiply.

Step 3: You can place your toothbrush in the bottled water after usage and with this method, your toothbrush will be perfectly safe.

Things To Note

1. You can sprinkle baking soda in the bottled water to always keep it dry and free from bacteria.

2. Once in a week, wash your bottled vater with warm water and salt or vinegar.

3. Make sure you replace your bottled water every month.

✅Be clear about what exactly you want learners to learn.
Before you demonstrate anything, decide the specific thing learners should be able to perform after the lesson. Demonstration is most effective when the outcome is practical and observable.

✅Get your materials and setup ready beforehand.
Nothing weakens a demonstration like searching for materials mid-lesson. Arrange tools, specimens or equipment in advance and check that everything works. Also think about visibility , every learner should be able to see what you’re doing.

✅Tell learners what they should watch for.
Don’t just start performing the task. Briefly explain what you’re about to demonstrate and what they should pay attention to. This focuses observation and prevents passive watching.

✅Demonstrate slowly while explaining your actions.
Carry out each step in sequence and say what you’re doing as you do it. Learners need both the visual action and the verbal reasoning. Avoid rushing . Speed is the enemy of clarity in demonstrations.

✅Highlight critical points and common mistakes.
Pause at important stages. Emphasize details that determine success or safety. You can even show a wrong way briefly so learners see the difference.

✅Ask questions during the demonstration.

Why am I holding it this way?
This turns observation into thinking rather than mere watching.

✅Let learners try the process themselves.
This is the heart of the method. After seeing, learners must do. Arrange individual or group practice while the steps are still fresh in their minds.

✅Observe and guide as they practice.
Move around, correct errors early, and reinforce correct technique. Demonstration without guided practice often leads to learners repeating mistakes.

✅Review the steps together at the end.
Ask learners to state or list the procedure in order. This consolidates both understanding and memory of the process.
