Dear models, as we step into the new week remember the boundaries you don’t enforce today, is the disrespect you face tomorrow. Being selective & setting a standard doesn’t make you proud, that’s how you grow.

I shared these posts on my story last night and I’ve gotten a number of messages. One thing is for sure, there is still a lot of women & men who have no knowledge of PCOS.

I’ve always been vocal about my PCOS journey & seeing as there’re always new people in my community it is important that I keep creating awareness. A lot of women are ignorant of the changes their bodies are experiencing like hormonal imbalances, excessive hair growth, brain fog, fatigue, painful periods & missed or prolonged periods. There is nothing normal about all of these symptoms listed & if you’re experiencing any of these YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR ASAP! ( it must be a doctor who specializes in women’s reproductive health, reach out to me for recommendations).

I’ll be putting out content to educate my audience on PCOS, sharing my struggles & my wins. I’m committed to living a wholesome life & you should too ❤️
