Although they meant well but they gave us all the wrong advice- "apply for every job" they said.
After going through the job search process for months or years you soon realise that you approached the process wrongly.
You hear people say I sent applications for over 100 jobs, but the questions we should ask are "how many of those jobs were you qualified for? Did you have at least 70% of the requirements?
The reason why you are tired is you have exhausted yourself mentally and emotionally, you have wasted time applying without a plan.
Job search is a matter of patience and strategy. What strategies are you using?
