The University of Oslo soon opens application window for International Summer School (ISS) Norway Scholarships aimed at international students with exceptional academic performances.

Requirements for International Scholarships Qualification

1. Citizens from countries in Africa, Asia, Oceania, Central America or South America may apply for full or partial scholarships for Master’s courses.
2. Candidates must demonstrate that their academic and professional background are the same as the course they are applying for. For example, a person with an engineering degree will not be considered for a course in human rights or peace studies.
3. Applicants who are enrolled at one of UiO’s partner institutions in Central America and South America may also apply for both full and partial scholarships for Master’s courses.

Criteria for Selection:

All eligible candidates who apply for the University of Oslo International Scholarships at will be subjected to certain screening to eventually shortlist successful candidates. If you are applying, then you should ensure:

1. That you meet the academic requirements
Outstanding academic results
2. That your academic background is relevant to the course you apply for (see course descriptions for more information)
3. That your professional background is relevant to the course you apply for.

UCL (University College London) Scholarship Opportunity

London Opportunity Scholarship 2022 is offered for Bachelors degree in the field of Subjects offered by the University. The deadline for the sending your application is 01 Jul 2022. This scholarship is provided by University College London (UCL) and the value of this scholarship is Partial Funding, £4,000 per year . This scholarship is open for: Open to UK nationals.

Aim and Benefits.
Successful applicants will receive an award of 4,000 pounds per year for the duration of the programme and is subject to satisfactory academic progress. The scholarship is awarded to cover maintenance costs.

Requirements
The scholarship is available to applicants who have participated in UCL's Summer Challenge Programme.

• Eligible candidates must have completed at least one Widening Participation Activity: Residential summer schools, summer challenge, Discover UCL D/deaf summer school, Non-residential summer schools (year 11 and 12), Realising opportunities, Uni-link, Aspire, Horizons and Lloyds Scholars spring school.
• Hold an offer of admission to UCL to study any full-time undergraduate degree programme for the 2021-22 intakes (commencing in September 2020) Interested applicants must place UCL as their firm choice.
• Candidate’s household income must be of 42,875 pounds or less.
• Applicants must belong to the first generation of their family to enter higher education.
• Applicants must hold UK fee status.

(UNIOSUN) 2022 Staff Volunteer Group Scholarship for Indigent Students

Osun State University (UNIOSUN) Staff Volunteer Group is now accepting applications from indigent but diligent Undergraduate Students of the institution for its 2021/2022 Scholarship Scheme.

The UNIOSUN Staff Volunteer Group, in its bid to contribute to the community and humanitarian service and reduce the students’ drop-out rates, is pleased to announce the commencement of the Scholarship Scheme for Indigent but diligent Undergraduate Students for 2021/2022 and to invite qualified students to collect application forms for consideration for an award.

Requirements for UNIOSUN Undergraduate Scholarship Qualification

• Applicant must be indigent and an undergraduate student of UNIOSUN
• Must have a minimum cumulative grade points average of 2.50
• Must be in 200 level or above
• Must not be on any scholarship
• Must not be members of staff or children of members of staff of the University.

Every year, Loughborough University UK offers Full Tuition fee Graduate School Development Trust scholarship for African students.

Towards the end of each year, Loughborough University, UK announce its full-fee scholarships for international full-time taught postgraduate students who are currently domiciled (permanently living) in Africa.
The Loughborough University Graduate School Development Trust Africa Scholarships covers 100% of the course fees for your chosen postgraduate taught course for one year (replacing any Departmental or Loughborough University scholarships or bursaries you may already have been awarded).

CyberGirls 2022 Fellowship Program for Young Female Africans

CyberGirls is a 1-year fellowship that equips girls with globally sought-after cybersecurity skills, helping them to seize work opportunities within Africa and across the world.

This initiative aims at combating poverty, cybercrime, cybersecurity skills shortage, unemployment and gender disparity in the tech industry (particularly cybersecurity niche).

During the one-year fellowship, the CyberGirls beneficiaries will be exposed to computing and cybersecurity fundamentals, career paths in cybersecurity and upon choosing a desired career path, will be taken through an appropriate learning path to get hands-on skills, mentorship, become certification ready, get paid internship/job shadowing opportunities and if old enough secure entry level job placement.

Requirements for CyberGirls Fellowship Program Qualification
• Open to girls and women aged 18 – 28 years old;
• Interested in starting a career in cybersecurity;
• Willing to commit 7 months to the fellowship;
• Undergraduates and graduates;
• This training is only available to participants in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, Rwanda, Zambia and Egypt.

ESED Scholarships for Sustainable Energy Development Studies.

The purpose of the ESED scholarship is to support outstanding students pursuing advanced studies in sustainable energy development and to encourage meaningful contributions to the collective body of knowledge about this subject.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for this scholarship, prospective applicants must:

• Undertake master’s-level studies in the fields of zero-carbon energy, smart grids, electric transportation, energy storage, advanced electricity technologies, public policy, economics, law, political science, or other relevant fields.
• Pursue full-time studies for at least one full school year (two or three semesters), beginning in autumn 2022. Students in the second year of a two-year program are eligible to apply, provided that they meet this requirement.
• Be a citizen of a developing country/territory on the List of official development aid recipients identified by the Development Co-operation Directorate (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
• Be committed to returning to their home country/territory after their studies to contribute to its development
• Be an outstanding student

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program enables graduate students, young professionals and artists from abroad to study and conduct research in the United States at U.S. universities or other academic institutions.

Ryerson University Ted Rogers MBA Black Graduate Leadership Awards, Canada 2022-23 is an opportunity for International Students to pursue MBA level programm(s) in the field of Business Administration taught at Ryerson University . 

The award funds will provide up to three (3) $10,000 awards each year starting in the 2022-2023 academic year. During the Fall/Winter semesters, the funding for the award will be made available to eligible students.

Shandong University Scholarship 2022 (Fully Funded)

Good news! Shandong University Scholarship 2022-2023 is a fully funded scholarship for international students. This scholarship provides the tuition fee for the duration of the study and a monthly stipend of 700 RMB for Bachelor students and Master students. For Ph.D. students the amount is 1,000 RMB per month.
