Job Title: Fashion Admin/Personal Assistant
Location: Surulere
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Managing Director
Job Summary:
A luxury fashion design studio seeks a highly organized and proactive Fashion Admin/Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, possess excellent communication skills, and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage email, client inquiries, appointments, meetings, fittings, and photo-shoots
- Organize travel arrangements for events/fashion shows
- Order and Project Coordination: Track client orders, production schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate design, production, and logistics teams
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers
Requirements:
- HND/BSc degree
- Previous administrative experience (fashion industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Salary range: 60,000 to 70.000 Naira.
The ideal candidate should preferably live around the Surulere axis of Lagos
