I was making chicken suya pasta and wanted something quick, so instead of grilling the chicken, I pan-fried my suya-seasoned chicken breasts and used suya seasoning in my pasta sauce too.

And honestly? The smoky, spicy suya flavour still came through beautifully! 🍝🌶️🔥
