‎You're asking for payment on delivery.
‎you're asking for 9:am delivery which you know is not really realistic in lagos. Then you're forcefully quoting your own price. How RUDE.

Someone else‎ switched address the first day.
‎Rider couldn't reach you that day.
‎We book express delivery for you without asking you to pay.
‎On being reached by the delivery outfit for confirmation...you switched address again and then declared you're taking only one item out of the 2 you ordered.
‎Now we'll have to pay logistics for the return as well. Add that to the extra fee for express delivery booked for you and we've lost money.
‎Many times we end up covering part of the delivery fee. Delivery is out source to logistics companies....we do not quote fees on our own.
‎These are the reasons why many vendors don't offer payment on delivery.
‎These are the reasons some vendors become nasty.

‎Consider others. Consider that there are different companies at stake. Try not to be so selfish.
