🌟 Thrilled to Share: Bringing the IRMP Model to Lagos Business School! 🌟
Last Friday, we had the privilege of facilitating a session in the "Manager as Coach" program at Lagos Business School (LBS), a globally renowned institution ranked #2 in Africa and #40 worldwide by the Financial Times for executive education.
In the Practice Lab, the IRMP Model was introduced —a powerful framework that is designed to simplify complex workplace challenges— to over 40 managers from 10+ organizations across 9+ industries. Together, we explored how IRMP can transform coaching conversations, empowering leaders to tackle their toughest managerial challenges with clarity and confidence.
The results? Participants described the experience as insightful, transformational, reflective, and engaging.
