We are engaged to construct a restaurant for a client, using the existing foundation and ground floor columns. Integrity test was conducted on the columns and the results showed that 6 of the existing columns failed the test. Our task is to retrofit the columns to be able to be active.

Our main task was Site Management which included procurement of materials and site supervision. Major partitions are made up of dry wall.
