Prayer:

•Every power draining me in ministry, your time is up today. Die, in the name of Jesus.

•Every sin in my life that is eating me up like a cankerworm, lose your grip on me now, in the name of Jesus.

•Every territorial power stopping the growth of my ministry, bow before me now, in the name of Jesus.

•I receive the power to grow, to do exploits, and to be great in my ministry, in the name of Jesus.

•From today, my ministry will attract the right people, sponsors, and helpers. It will attract those that will support my calling and attract great people, in the name of Jesus.

•Spirit of wisdom to apply knowledge in my ministry, Spirit of wisdom to do what is right in my ministry, rest upon me now, in the name of Jesus.

•My Father, my Father, open the eyes of my followers to see what I am seeing, to see my vision, in the name of Jesus.

•Every system in my ministry, as from today, be revived and be developed, in the name of Jesus.

•Spirit of ignorance, I am no longer your candidate. I will not die in ignorance in my ministry. My ministry will not fold up; it will not collapse, in the name of Jesus.

•Lord, give me a legacy in my ministry that will outlive me, a legacy that will not die with me, in the name of Jesus.

TOPIC: WHY MANY MINISTRIES ARE NOT REACHING BEYOND CHURCH WALLS
BIBLE TEXT: MATTHEW 28:19, MARK 16:15

The idea of God for our ministry is to cover. It is not just bad structure that can make you poor in ministry; small vision can make you poor. Isaiah 60:1.

One of the problems we have in church is because we try to be more spiritual than God.

The concept of greatness in the Kingdom sometimes embarrasses the grace of God.

The idea of covering is to do ministry in a way that people don’t know how you are doing it.

Your ministry begins to fail when your environment reflects on the ministry.

The idea of God for every ministry is that it is able to meet ends meet.
You don’t need miracles where there’s no failure.
To prevent failure, you need principles.

The work of ministry goes beyond the four walls of the church. It is God’s influence carried into every sphere for one ultimate purpose.

Anything you are praying for and you condemn, that is the spirit of envy

FUNDAMENTAL REASONS WHY NO ONE IS PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU ARE DOING

• BRAND ISSUES:
Your brand is whatever we feel when we see you.

Your brand is not just what is on paper; it is a conclusion we have made over time. It is how you carry yourself.

The best gift a leader can give his followers is the leave of his absence. Anything you cannot leave, you have not built.
Your brand determines your friend , it determines your enemies.
Ministry is the extension of the blessing that you carry beyond the immediate people Mathew 27:57

FOUR CAUSES OF BAD BRANDING
•Understanding Issue
•Exposure Issue
•Theology Issue
•Structural Issue

10 SIGNS YOU HAVE A BRAND ISSUE
• People do not know what you stand for.
• Where you are going is undefined, even to those working with you.
• No defined culture.
• No teamwork.
• You are not different from the rest.
• You are not attracting a specific kind of people.
• Your work lacks connection to the people you are out to reach.
• Your method generates more questions than answers.
• Bad visual identity.
• Your programs are more popular than your ministry.

FOUR LAWS TO FOLLOW WHEN BUILDING AN ORGANIZATION

1. LAW OF REPLICATION:
It is not bad to replicate what someone has done before. There is nothing you want to do that someone isn’t doing already, but learn what works first before you replicate it.

2. LAW OF STANDARDIZATION:
Any organization that has not learnt to have the same standard across the board cannot work. Have a recipe.

3. LAW OF ATTRACTION:
Build a mechanism to attract what you want to attract.

4. LAW OF RETENTION:
You don’t just attract; you must know how to keep.

THREE THINGS THAT CAN MAKE YOU STAND OUT IN MINISTRY

1. MESSAGE
The core of what everything you do communicates. Your message must be clear enough for people to understand what you stand for. Your message should be consistent across everything you do, because people should be able to identify you by what you communicate.

2. AUDACITY
Have the courage to push your message. Don’t be afraid to communicate what you carry. You must have the courage to take your message beyond the four walls of the church and make it accessible to the people you are called to reach.

3. CONSISTENCY
Show up every time. Build a system that allows you to show up consistently. Stay with your message without wavering. Consistency gives people the opportunity to know you, understand what you represent, and trust what you are doing.
