Most businesses stop after the customer says "I'll get back to you.
That’s the mistake.
1️⃣ Don’t assume they’re not interested
Sometimes they:
• got busy
• got distracted
• are still deciding
Silence doesn’t always mean “no.”
2️⃣ Follow up (the right way)
Keep it simple and polite:
“Hi, just checking if you still need help with this.”
You’re not disturbing them, you’re reminding them.
3️⃣ Add value in your follow-up
Instead of just checking in, you can say:
“We have a package that might suit what you mentioned earlier.”
Give them a reason to respond.
4️⃣ Don’t overdo it
Follow up once or twice.
Not every day.
Consistency is good. Pressure is not.
Sometimes the sale isn’t lost.
It’s just waiting for a simple follow-up.
Your website can look busy and still be losing you money.
Not always because customers aren’t interested, but because the website doesn’t guide them on what to do next.
