It was a beautiful week engaging teachers and school leaders in Lagos State. They were such amazing people.

We checked on the habits of mind, leadership effectiveness and we spent time to draft the big goals for student achievement in the new school year.

Our mission in is to transform educational effectiveness and outcomes for Nigerian students, especially the least well served, and do so at scale.

Working with the adults in the school system is the way we ensure that the children have better outcomes.

Grateful to Agege and Mainland LGEAs for creating the time and especially to the Performance Fact team.

A good learning environment offers a safe platform for learners. Before you can expect learners to succeed academically, they should also feel safe both mentally and physically. While most of the schools take physical safety measures, not many learning platforms consider the mental safety of the learners.

Safety in a learning environment goes beyond physical well-being. In order to maintain a safe learning environment, learners must feel supported, welcomed, and respected. Sergiy Movchan
