I’m seeking urgent help for Daddy Fele’s medical condition.
An MRI suggests he has tuberculosis of the spine (Pott’s disease), which has destroyed part of his spine (T1 vertebra) which is compressing the spinal cord and left him unable to walk, pass out urine and defecate. Doctors have advised urgent surgery to stabilize his spine with an implant to prevent permanent damage which cost #10,315,000
Before the surgery, further tests are needed to confirm the diagnosis from the MRI and also rule out other serious conditions like plasmacytoma which also cost #211,000. The cost of these tests and the surgery is beyond what we can afford.

Behind the title of “father” is a man carrying more than most people ever see. His strength is visible, but his struggles are often silent. Many fathers move through life with an invisible weight on their shoulders, balancing responsibility, expectation, and love while trying to remain steady for the people who depend on them.
Emotionally, fathers carry pressures that are rarely spoken about. There are worries they keep to themselves, fears they hide behind calm expressions, and moments when they wish they could admit they are tired. Yet many hold those feelings quietly because they believe their family needs stability more than it needs to see their uncertainty. In many homes, a father becomes the emotional anchor, absorbing tension so others can feel safe.
There is also the mental responsibility fathers carry every day. A father often lives with the awareness that his decisions affect the future of those he loves. He thinks about bills that must be paid, opportunities that must be created, and protection that must be provided. Even in quiet moments, his mind is often working, planning how to keep his family moving forward.
Despite these pressures, fathers continue to lead. Their leadership is not always loud or visible. Sometimes it is expressed through sacrifice, patience, and quiet consistency.
