ADEFOLARIN is engaged to Princess Adedunni, a descendant of the Iduganran royal family. ADEFOLARIN has bought a large house for their future use and has hired FREDERICK to decorate the house in the ‘Idunganran royal colours’ and to have the royal crest embossed on all the doors. Princess Adedunni broke off the engagement to ADEFOLARIN and so ADEFOLARIN immediately told FREDERICK that he does not want the job carried out any more. Although FREDERICK has not started work, ADEFOLARIN refuses to pay him any compensation for the loss of the contract. FREDERICK therefore refuses to accept cancellation and proceeds to decorate the house.

What Advice should go to Adefolarin?

....because a signature can obligate a party to terms of a contract or verify that the person intended to ....., the law has developed rules that govern what constitutes a legally valid signature.

Find out first from your legal consultant/advisor, before appending your signature on any documents, especially where it concerns CONTRACT and/Last Testament.

Don't just jump at Banks' Letters of Offer when you get approved or accredited for Credits....

Take such Letters to your Solicitors, it is the wisest thing to do at the instance.

If you are not sure of, or about any form of Business relationship, seek counsels to clear your your worries and concerns.

You can form 'Agreements' on almost all aspects, if not all legal aspects of life. Protect yourself and those you are dealing with....

Be cautious! Read all documents before you append your signature. It is legally wise.

Declare your intention at any relationships especially at business formation...that gives you upper hand when conflicts arises...
