Dad binged on Playstation while daughter, two, died locked in hot car for three hours

An Arizona Dad, Christopher Sholtes left his 2 year-old daughter, Parker in the car whilst he played on his playstation. she was found unresponsive in his car outside their home in Arizona on a day when temperatures reached 109F ( i.e. 42 degrees Celsius)

Scholtes was preoccupied playing video games & putting away food whilst his daughter was still in the car. Scholtes’ two other children, ages 9 & 5 , told police “their father regularly left all three siblings alone in the car”.

Investigators said neighborhood surveillance showed Parker may have been left for over three hours.

He is now charged with first degree mvrd€r. The charges have been upgraded from second degree! He pled not guilty. Ijeomadaisy
