Do your coworkers know you by your formal name and your friends call you by a nickname? It can be time-consuming to need to alter your signature when sending from multiple addresses in Gmail, so today's is creating a unique signature for each via the General tab of your settings.
Choose the second radio button in the "Signature:" section > drop-down menu to choose the appropriate address > set the signature you want.
