Excerpts from Moment of Grace and Business Breakthrough, Oshodi
Theme for June: Our Month of Recovery
Text: Psalm 126
Psalm 126 is a community psalm and is believed to have been written by Ezra.
This psalm reflects the overwhelming joy of the Israelites when they returned from exile. It also serves as a prayer for God to complete the process of restoration.
Before the nation of Israel was restored, there was first an individual restoration. In Daniel 6:28, the Bible tells us about the prosperity of Daniel. Daniel experienced recovery and restoration as an individual before the restoration of the nation of Israel.
Restoration often begins with individuals before it extends to a family, a generation, or an entire nation.
Recovery is starting from your family.
When King Cyrus came to power, it marked the beginning of the deliverance and restoration of the children of Israel.
The king commanded that the Israelites should return and rebuild Jerusalem.
They recovered in order to rebuild.
You will recover to rebuild in the name of Jesus.
Everything that is dead in your life shall be restored, and you will rebuild in the name of Jesus.
When God releases a prophecy, even if it has not yet been fulfilled, that prophecy will not rest until it comes to pass.
Every storm raging over your life, God will calm in the name of Jesus.
Your destiny will not reject God's given prophecies in the name of Jesus.
Every antagonistic enemy will serve as a witness to your prosperity in the name of Jesus.
The recovery of Israel was the fulfillment of God's Word spoken through the prophets Isaiah and Jeremiah. They proclaimed that a remnant would return.
Psalm 126 showcases the joy of God's deliverance. Not everyone who went into captivity returned, but those who witnessed both the captivity and the restoration knew that it was a great act of divine deliverance.
Whatever belongs to you that you have not yet received, may you recover it all in the name of Jesus.
Prayer:
Whatever you are supposed to have but do not yet possess, go and recover all in the name of Jesus.

Worker Meeting of Grace and Business Breakthrough, Oshodi
Worker Mindset
A Mindset of Service: Firstly, I am here to serve. You should be driven by a desire to serve others just as our Lord Jesus served until deathโa life of sacrifice.
1. Empathy and Compassion
You must understand the struggles of everyone who comes to church/service. People come from different backgrounds, cultures, and circumstances. Some are Muslims, while others may come from entirely different places and beliefs.
In that regard, you must make everyone feel comfortable and welcome, irrespective of their background. Matthew 15:32
2. Understand That Relationships Extend Beyond This Place
Your relationship with people should not be limited to church alone. We may meet them only once a week, but you can cross paths with them elsewhere.
At some point, they could become business partners, colleagues, or important connections in life. Therefore, treat everyone with respect and value every interaction.
3. Faithfulness and Integrity
You must be faithful to God, to your work, and to your conscience. People should be able to rely on you and trust your character. Be dependable, consistent, and steadfast in all that you do.
Do not be unstable or unreliable. Let your actions reflect honesty, commitment, and integrity.
Philippians 4:8
4. Be Teachable
Do not be overly rigid or too proud to learn. No one knows it all. If someone comes into the ministry and possesses knowledge or experience greater than yours in a particular area, be humble enough to learn from them.
Remain open to correction, growth, and new insights. It is possible that God has brought that person into your life or this ministry for a purpose, including teaching you something valuable.
A teachable spirit fosters growth, wisdom, and maturity in both service and leadership.
