In one compound, the ladies’ quarters were always peaceful.
Everyone minded their business…
Until that fateful Tuesday when a mad man called Okoro the Wanderer entered the place.
Okoro wasn’t a harmful mad man oh—just the type that sings, dances, and argues with invisible people.
But the problem was…
Okoro refused to wear trousers.
He was walking around with full confidence, like he was advertising his “property” to the world 😂.
The ladies screamed:
“Jesus! Somebody catch this man before he shows us things we didn’t apply for!!”
But before anyone could push him out, one lady called Mrs. Gloria peeped through her window…
Her eyes opened.
Her mouth opened.
Her soul almost left her body.
She screamed:
“EH!! WHAT IS THIS?!”
The other ladies rushed to her:
“What did you see? Did he attack you?”
Gloria said:
“Attack ke? No oh! I am talking about what he is carrying! My husband does not even have HALF of that thing!” 😂😂😂
All the women scattered in shock.
One woman shouted:
“A whole married woman! How do you know your husband doesn’t have half?!”
Gloria replied:
“Because I measured it with my eyes! My dear, that mad man is over-qualified!” 😂😂
The whole compound burst into laughter.
But the matter didn’t end there.
Another lady stepped outside to es**rt the mad man away…
But immediately she saw what Gloria saw, she stepped back slowly like someone seeing a ghost.
She said:
“Please… allow him stay. At least breeze is blowing him. He’s not disturbing anybody.”
The other ladies shouted:
“Aunty, your eyes have measured it too abi?!”
Soon, the gossip started spreading like wildfire.
One woman whispered:
“Maybe his madness is not ordinary. That thing must be what overloaded his brain.”
Another replied:
“No wonder men fear heartbreak. See what ordinary mad man is using to walk confidently!”
Even the landlady was confused.
She shouted:
“Everybody, stop looking! This is harassment!”
But while talking, she also mistakenly glanced down…
She gasped.
The women screamed:
“Landlady don look am too!!!”
Finally, they brought security to chase the mad man out.
As he was leaving, he shouted:
“YOU PEOPLE ARE JEALOUS OF MY GLORY!”
Gloria whispered:
“My sister, that glory is too glorious.” 😂😂😂
From that day, anytime someone misbehaved in the compound, the ladies warned them:
“Behave yourself before we call that mad man again!”
And the husbands?
They stopped visiting their wives at the ladies' quarters.
They didn’t want to compare unnecessarily 😂.

OFFICIAL STATEMENT ON MMESOMA –THE JAMB GIRL
By Chief Gaius Chibueze, Founder – Voice of the East
This public statement has become necessary as many people have been asking about the whereabouts of Mmesoma, especially following recent reports of JAMB result glitches affecting several students from the Southeast.
In 2023, Mmesoma, a young girl living in Anambra State, was accused of tampering with her JAMB result a situation that drew widespread public attention. Like many Nigerians, I found it difficult to believe that such a young girl could be capable of what JAMB alleged. I publicly called for a thorough investigation to ascertain the truth.
Due to the tribal rhetoric and public ridicule that followed the incident and in light of JAMB’s decision to ban her from applying to any Nigerian university for three years
I made a commitment to sponsor her education abroad.
True to my word, I immediately took action. I sent my manager at Voice of the East, Mr. Lottana, to Anambra State to locate Mmesoma and her family. The same day he met them, I bought her a mobile phone, as she didn’t have one at the time. I assured her parents I would adopt her and take full responsibility for her education and welfare.
From that point forward:
•I placed her on a monthly allowance of ₦30,000, which she received on the 1st of every month for over 8 months.
•I sponsored her international passport and covered all logistics.
•I contacted KB Travels, a verified agency, and applied to over 10 U.S. universities on her behalf.
•Eventually, she got admission to a university in Texas.
•I paid for her U.S. visa application through the Express Option, including accommodation in Lagos and a visa interview coach.
•Unfortunately, she was denied the U.S. visa.
•I immediately paid for a Canadian school application and covered the cost of IELTS. Despite this, Canadian schools did not offer her admission.
•I hired a second agent to pursue European university applications, which sadly led to repeated rejections.
In the meantime, her family began calling me frequently for financial support. Out of compassion:
•I gave her father over ₦1 million to support his struggling music business.
•I also helped her mother through financial difficulties on multiple occasions.
•When the family decided to relocate from Nnewi to their home state of Enugu, I paid for them to find and secure a new home in Topland, Enugu, covering a year’s rent and agency fees totaling over ₦2 million.
Still committed to her progress, I:
•Bought her a laptop and paid someone to teach her coding.
•Encouraged her to learn options trading, gave her startup capital, and bought her another phone.
•She later made over $3,000 in profit from trading, withdrew part of it, and opened a shop for her mother.
•I also paid for another shop for her father in Enugu.
In December 2024, during my first visit to Enugu in nine years, I personally visited their home, spent time with them, and brought gifts. Her parents were deeply appreciative of the visit and the continued support.
Everything I have done and continue to do is in good faith, with no expectations other than to help a young girl who had been thrown into a national controversy and to protect her future.
As of our last communication, Mmesoma is doing well and living with her family in Topland, Enugu State. I am sharing this update publicly with supporting evidence because, as a public figure, people deserve clarity.
Attached is all schools related related during this period and also she can be contacted through her personal email attached [email protected].
Thank you.

Great insight there!
Aside from praising his Oga and always eulogizing him, what does Isreal DMW actually do for Davido and his 30BG team?
He is the Logistics Manager for Davido.
This is just one example of the many roles that make up a typical artist team.
Let’s take another example: Burna Boy.
Burna travels with a crew of over 32 people to almost every event and concert, each person playing a specific role and earning handsomely. While such a large team suits Burna Boy’s status as a global superstar, as an upcoming or independent artist, you don’t need such a large team yet.
Here’s what you should know: building a team isn’t about size—it’s about strategy and functionality.
What Makes Up a Typical Artist Team?
1. Artist Manager
The manager is your primary support system. They oversee your career, secure opportunities, negotiate deals, and ensure you’re on track to achieve your goals.
In most cases, the manager acts as the artist’s representative and can make decisions on their behalf. Essentially, they are the other side of the artist who doesn’t create or perform music.
2. Business Manager
Focused on the financial side of your career, they manage your income, budget, and expenses. In some cases, they may also double as an accountant.
3. Media/Publicist/PR
This person manages your public image, secures interviews and media coverage, and handles crisis communications to protect your reputation.
4. Entertainment Lawyer
Your lawyer ensures your interests are protected by reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring you’re not exploited in deals or agreements.
5. Accountant
Responsible for keeping your finances transparent, filing taxes, tracking earnings, and ensuring financial growth.
6. Road Manager
Handles all travel arrangements, accommodations, show schedules, and ensures everything runs smoothly during tours. They also liaise with promoters to ensure performances are well-coordinated.
7. Security/Protocol
Keeps you safe during public appearances, concerts, or events. A good security team consists of trained professionals who understand safety protocols—not just bouncers with big chests and arms.
8. Disc Jockey (DJ)/Live Band
Your music needs to sound top-notch during performances. A DJ or live band ensures this, creating an unforgettable experience for your fans.
A live band is like a team within a team, often having its own rider, sound engineers, logistics manager, and security. (For example I and my team QUADPLAY BAND has performed with Davido in Morroco, Dubai, Cameroon, Bayelsa, Lagos and many other places, we had our own Rider and team that includes logistics manager, Road manager, Band manager, sound engineer and video grapher)
I will talk about artist rider tomorrow.
9. Logistics Personnel
This is where Isreal DMW comes in. A logistics manager handles behind-the-scenes tasks: arranging transport, equipment, and resolving last-minute issues.
They coordinate travel, ensure smooth movements during shows, manage equipment, and handle unforeseen challenges like area boys, coordinate babes for the night, check for the dealer with the best loud and canadian.
They often travel ahead of time with the road manager to prepare the location.
(Caveat: This post does not endorse the use of illegal substances by artists, but we’re being realistic about what happens in the industry.)
For Emerging Artists
You don’t need a massive team to start. Focus on the essentials:
1. A trusted manager to oversee your career.
2. Someone to handle social media and basic PR.
3. A good DJ or producer to ensure your music sounds great.
4. A solid understanding of legal and financial basics until you can afford professionals.
Remember, as you grow, you can expand your team. The goal is to build a team that evolves with your career.
In the coming days, I’ll break down each role and explain how they can help you scale your music career.
Tag an artist who needs this knowledge, and let’s build the future stars of tomorrow!
