We carried out a boundary reestablishment survey at Okun-Mopo, Eti-Osa, Lagos โ recovering the original legal boundary of a property from existing survey records and control data, and restoring it physically on the ground before the encroachment became a full crisis.

The client said 'just sketch it out.' We showed up with a laser scanner instead.
They needed as-built dimensions of a building they were about to renovate. The usual way? A tape measure, a clipboard, and a lot of patience.
We set up our scanner. Within the hour, we had 47 million points representing every corner, column, and curve of that structure.
Their architect called it the most complete drawing package they'd ever received.

We carried out a bathymetric survey at Kuramo Waters, adjacent to Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island โ mapping the underwater terrain, water depth profiles, and lagoon bed geometry of one of Lagosโ most strategically significant waterfront locations.
Bathymetric surveying at a site like Kuramo Waters isnโt routine fieldwork. Itโs high-stakes spatial intelligence. Sonar transducers sweep the water column, recording depth measurements across the survey corridor and building a precise subsurface terrain model that informs dredging operations, marine infrastructure design, coastal engineering decisions, and waterfront development planning.

When a bridge pillar needs reconstruction, the riverbed tells the story first. ๐โ๏ธ
We carried out hydrographic surveying using side scan sonar for NNPC Limited โ mapping the underwater environment around a bridge pillar at Takwa Bay, Lagos, to support its reconstruction.
Side scan sonar doesnโt just measure depth. It sweeps the seafloor with acoustic pulses and returns a high-resolution image of the underwater surface โ revealing sediment conditions, scour patterns around the pillar base, debris accumulation, and any anomalies that would affect the structural engineering and reconstruction design.
When NNPCL needs the data right, thereโs no margin for approximation. ๐๐ฅ๏ธ

Setting out is one of the most critical stages of any construction project. Every point staked has to be exactly where the design says it should be, because everything that gets built afterward references it. Foundations, columns, walls โ all of it traces back to these points.
On this site, that meant working through swamp water that came up to the waist. No clean ground. No easy footing. Just the design coordinates, the instrument, and the determination to get every point right regardless of the conditions.
