From inception, we have intentionally addressed youth unemployment by equipping young people with in-demand skills and linking them to meaningful work opportunities.

Establishing the Lagos State Employability Support Program (LSESP) project in partnership with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) has been a dream come true.

Through the Phases 1 and 2, 8,000+ beneficiaries have trained and placed across priority sectors including Manufacturing, Construction, Fashion, Hospitality, and IT, while qualified MSMEs heceived business development support and access to affordable financing.

To deepen this impact, we are set to launch the LSESP Phase 3, targeting 2,000 more Youths and SMBs, for employability training and placement opportunities particularly in the Leather Works, CNG conversion, Digital Skills, and Creative fashion sectors.

We invite you as a youth, small business and industry expert, to join us in achieving these goals and beyond. More information on our website www.lsetf.ng

Thirty women walked into a room on April 21st not knowing what was about to happen to them.
Six weeks in and something is shifting. Five masterclasses deep into the third cohort of Female Founders & Funders, the room looks different now. The questions are sharper. The conversations between mentors and mentees are more honest. The thinking is bigger. These are not the same founders who showed up on day one and the programme is not even done yet.
Mentalities are being rebuilt. Networks are being formed. A new era of female tech entrepreneurs is being shaped in real time by women who are solving for themselves, with mentors who have walked the road ahead of them.
Thirty exceptional founders. Still in the room. Still building. The best is still coming. 👀
