Dr. Ayoyemi Ojo

Dr. Ayoyemi Ojo is the CEO of DOT HMO Limited, an NHIA-accredited health maintenance. She has led the company through a rapid turnaround marked by profitability, operational stability, and strengthened market positioning.

Under her leadership, she expanded the enrolee base with a success rate of over 100% within nine months, launched digital Micro Health Plans, enhanced corporate product offerings, and deepened relationships with clients.

Dr. Ojo has strengthened SOPs, built performance dashboards, enhanced client experience systems, and embedded governance, audit discipline, and data-driven decision-making.
