The inaugural Bank of Industry (BOI) ESG conference took place today at the Ballroom of the Federal Palace Hotel and Suites in Lagos. It brought together business leaders, policymakers, investors, and sustainability advocates to share insights and best practices.

The conference was focused on environmental sustainability, good governance and advancing responsible business practices among Nigerian SMEs.

This year, BOI explored the theme: “Building Resilient and Responsible Enterprises: ESG as a Strategic Imperative for Nigerian SMEs.”

Amongst the speakers were Achenyo Idachaba-Odaro, an eco-innovator and biophilic designer and Banke Kuku, a foremost Nigerian fashion designer.

The event was a good opportunity for our Founder/CEO, Marvella Odili, to learn, connect and grow.

Today is International Women's Day, a global celebration of women's achievements, resilience and impact.

We promote gender equality and eliminate barriers that prevent women from reaching their full potential.

It's time for us to "Accelerate Action" by moving from vision to reality and from promise to progress.

It’s time to take big dreams forward and make them happen for ourselves and the women in our communities.

We are unstoppable when we lift each other up.

Happy International Women's Day!!!

We're kickstarting the year with our "Use Your Voice" Campaign- a project targeting marginalized women and girls, designed to empower them to speak out against gender inequality, sexual and gender-based violence and social inequality. They speak out against societal issues such as child marriage, extreme poverty and climate change.
